This specialized program provides licensed insurance professionals with a comprehensive understanding of Alberta’s care-focused automobile insurance framework. Designed specifically for independent adjusters, this course details the operational mechanics, benefit entitlements, claims management workflows, and dispute resolution pathways established under the provincial Care-First model.
💡 Through 19 focused modules, you will learn how to evaluate medical treatment plans, process income replacement calculations, manage catastrophic claims, and uphold legislative standards—all while prioritizing claimant recovery.


📋 Accreditation & Continuing Education Details

💻 Course Format:
Self-paced online study with interactive media and audio modules.
🎯 Evaluation Requirement:
A score of 80% or higher on the comprehensive Final Assessment is required to earn CE credits.
⚠️ Attempt Limit:
Per AIC regulations, a maximum of 2 attempts are permitted for the Final Assessment.
🎓 Certificate Issuance:
Upon achieving a passing grade, an official Certificate of Completion will be generated automatically for your annual licensing renewal audit records.
