Train the Trainer Skills

Management

Train the Trainer Skills for the professional is addressed to supervisory and management positions in the insurance industry. We will cover all aspects of facilitation, including but not limited to facilitator awareness, creating a plan for facilitation, creating a productive and positive environment and dealing with difficult participants.

The seminar will be 7 hours in length and will include a 1 hour lunch and two fifteen minute breaks. Numerous worksheets, activity logs and a power point presentation for all participants.

This is a very interactive seminar and full participation is required.

Introduction to Professional Liability Insurance

The Introduction to Professional Liability Insurance seminar is addressed to all industry professionals who want to learn the essentials of this up and coming coverage.

We begin with an overview of what the coverage entails. We will discuss who needs the coverage, what is included in the coverage and how to underwrite an application. We then will do a comprehensive case study, which will consist of a review of an application. We will discuss how to understand all of the aspects and common underwriting flags to look for.

The seminar instruction will be approximately 7 hours in length. Two 15 minute breaks and a 45 minute lunch will be allotted.

The Introduction to Understanding the CGL seminar is addressed to all industry professionals who want to learn the essentials of this up and coming coverage.

We begin with an overview of what the coverage entails. We will discuss who needs the coverage, what is included in the coverage and how to underwrite an application. We then will do a comprehensive case study, which will consist of scenarios.

The seminar instruction will be approximately 7 hours in length. Two 15 minute breaks and a 45 minute lunch will be allotted.

A workbook will be provided to each student, which consists of the power point presentation, a case study, and common terms glossary.

Management

Management Skills for the professional is addressed to supervisory and management positions in the insurance industry. We will cover all aspects of management, including but not limited to applying a model for management excellence, managing with emotional intelligence, motivating individuals for performance and achieving team goals.

The seminar will be 7 hours in length and will include a 1 hour lunch and two fifteen minute breaks. Numerous worksheets, activity logs and a power point presentation for all participants.

The Introduction to Director’s & Officers Insurance seminar is addressed to all industry professionals who want to learn the essentials of this up and coming coverage.

We begin with an overview of what the coverage entails. We will discuss who needs the coverage, what is included in the coverage and how to underwrite an application. We then will do a comprehensive case study, which will consist of a review of an application with financial statements and by-laws. We will discuss how to understand all of the aspects and common underwriting flags to look for.

The seminar instruction will be approximately 8 hours in length. Two 15 minute breaks and a 45 minute lunch will be allotted.
