This course details the operational mechanics, benefit entitlements, claims navigation workflows, and dispute resolution pathways established under the provincial Care-First model.

📋 Accreditation & Continuing Education Details

✅ Accredited Provider: Alberta Insurance Council (AIC)

⏱️ Continuing Education Hours: 15 CE Credits (Agent / Broker Category)

💻 Course Format: Self-paced online study with interactive media and audio modules

🎯 Evaluation Requirement: A score of 80% or higher on the final exam is required to earn CE credits

⚠️ Attempt Limit: Maximum of 2 total attempts permitted on the final assessment

🎓 Certificate Issuance: Upon passing the final exam, an official Certificate of Completion is generated automatically for annual licensing audit records

⏱️ Program Completion & Workflow Structure

Course Delivery Guidelines:

Sequential Progression: Modules must be completed in numerical order from Topic 1 through Topic 6, as each lesson builds directly on prior legislative concepts.
Estimated Completion Time: Total self-paced study time is approximately 11 hours across the 6 topics (ranging from 1 to 2.5 hours per topic).
Final Accreditation Quiz: Following Lesson 6, complete the comprehensive 30-question final examination with a score of 80% or higher (within a maximum of 2 attempts) to unlock your official CE Certificate. Candidates failing both attempts will require an administrative course reset to retake the exam.
