How do I start my course?
Once you have purchased a course, it is immediately made available in your account profile page, accessible from the E-Learning menu item at the top of every page on the website. See the image below to see where to access this option.
Where do I download my purchased report?
The cost shown is for each individual profile purchased. For each profile ordered you will receive an email with an individual Access Code and are issued the same business day If you should encounter any difficulties please use the contact form at the foot of this page.
Where is my account page?
Your account profile page (from main menu > e-Learning > account) is the centre of your learning experience. From here, you can start a newly purchased course, continue an in-progress course, and even check your quiz scores.
Can I redistribute the full reports?
Your purchase price includes a licence for the original purchaser only. The training is customised to you specific circumstances. For additional licences please use the contact form to discuss your requirement with our team and they will be happy to help.
