# I can’t log in

Here are some tips if you are experiencing difficulty logging in.

## **Log In Tips**

Your username can be your individual username selected when you created your new account, or you can even use your registered e-mail address to log in.
 You do not require to log out after each session, you can leave your account logged in for quick access when you return.
